Return Policy. Our goal is to guarantee your complete satisfaction. IF for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, it may be returned within 30 days of invoice date. Only unblemished products may be returned for refund. We define unblemished as not torn, scratched, scuffed, mutilated or defaced in any fashion. We are unable to refund any shrink wrapped items that have been opened. An invoice must accompany your return shipment. Mindsupport will charge a handling fee of $4.00 on each return. All shipments must be returned postage paid to Mindsupport LLC, 5074 Dorsey Hall Drive, Ellicott City MD 21042.

If you purchase a digital product, but have not downloaded it, we will offer a full refund within 7 days of sale. Once the digital product has been downloaded we cannot refund the item.
