Overcoming obstacles successfully is the  dream!  Life quickly tests your desire to stay on course with the vision. “Stuff happens.” The road to success is filled with obstacles of  unexpected events.   So yes, I am back after a pause in my plan.   It’s hard to proceed forward with doors closing at the same time. Yet in the midst of quick sand, the Mindsupport vision propelled upward the mission. The stigma associated with emotional states  and brain related conditions has to end. No longer should achievers  be burden with limitation to their countless achievements and successes. Nonetheless, there is often a need to for them to adopt a specialized best brain environment.  Discussed are two  common obstacles to success for achievers who struggle with their emotions:

Overcoming Obstacle of Time

Time management is a common  problem in the workplace. The ability to sustain and complete a task is the cornerstone of productivity.  Those with brain related conditions can struggle in this area.  It often requires more mental effort than most to achieve success when feeling overwhelmed. This situation of competing demands can open the floodgates of negative emotions that often zaps time. Others may negotiate with processing speed and need to reread details which can increase the time to complete a project.  Project time lines have to be realistic with best brain requirements acknowledged. Otherwise, the growing feelings with time frustrations can reduce the pace and increase the time required to complete the project.  Mood can never be the designated driver moving forward  toward the path of timely task completion and success.

The complexity of mood is further impacted by the distraction of daily life. The cell phone beeps, the computer dings and the instant message bleep provide innocent but powerful interruptions. Tasks required in pursuit of success are not always of interest. Ready access to electronic devices can provide a legitimate excuse for instant diversion. The opportunities to derail the path to success are endless. Distractions are goal busters.  It can be more challenging for those who struggle with their focus  to resume a task after a  distraction.

So what is the secret sauce required to achieve goals and plans? How to push through negative and pessimistic feelings to achieve goals. Luck? Bribery? Being rich? How do achievers with mental illness push forward regardless of the obstacles? Where do they purchase their high-octane gasoline, which provides the mileage to reach the finish line? Meanwhile, others are easily derailed, completely off track with a short stroll around their neighborhood. What makes for this stark outcome difference between goals and objective? Answer? The key to the door of success is your Mindset. The belief that one can move forward is the key for success.

How is it implemented to propel you forward? First, your moods have to be controlled. Negative feeling can interrupt productivity. Are you stuck? Our brain is very complex. Nonetheless it can only experience one emotion at a time. One is either happy or sad. The secret sauce is the time required to change your emotional negative thoughts to a positive mindset. Mastering  a mindset of endless opportunities versus limitations is life changing.
